ACADEMIC YEAR 11-12 REGISTRATION and TUITION INFORMATION
Dance Center Evanston offers two sessions of dance during the academic year, as well as a summer session.
For 2011-2012, the dates are as follows:
Session 1: Tuesday, Sep. 6 - Friday, Dec. 23, 2011 (15 weeks)
Session 2: Saturday, Jan. 7 - Sunday, June 3, 2012 (20 weeks + onstage rehearsal)
TO REGISTER: Mail, fax, or drop-off completed forms with payment to Dance Center Evanston, Evanston Plaza, 1934 Dempster St., Evanston, IL 60202. Fax number is (847) 328-6656. You may pay by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), or check made out to Dance Center Evanston. Please fill out a separate form for each student. Photocopies are acceptable.
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION: Registration for Session 1 begins August 10, 2011. After that, registration is ongoing. All students registered in Session 1 are guaranteed a spot in the same class for Session 2, but must return their Session 2 Registration Form before December 15th. If you would like to switch to a different class for Session 2, you may do so if there are open spots.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION: Registration for Session 1 begins August 17, 2011. After that, registration is ongoing for any classes with open spots.
BASE TUITION for 45-60 minute classes except Pointe: (Base tuition reflects an escalating discount for multiple classes per week.)
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: $25 for the first child, regardless of discount, and $15 for each additional sibling.
FAMILY DISCOUT: When 2 or more children from the same family register at the same time, there is a 10% discount applied to the entire tuition, less registration fees. Students using the tuition cap do not receive a family discount.
PAYMENT PLAN: Credit card number or postdated checks are required at time of registration. Fee for payment plan is $10 for Session 1, $15 for Session 2. Checks should be postdated for, or credit card will automatically be deducted on, the following days:
There is a $20 charge for returned checks. DANCE CENTER EVANSTON HAS A NO REFUND POLICY.
